Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I contacted Tommy around 8:30AM asking if we could please get on his schedule. We were not hard down, so this was in no way an emergency. The house was just not cooling as it should have been, even given the extreme heat. He still made sure to rush out same day to get us taken care of. Extremely reasonably priced, great communication, and very friendly. 100% would recommend.
